Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a
confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Typical delivery time is 8–15
business days after processing. During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days
of shipment, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of
the order date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns
